MATH ACE BOARDGAME

MATH ACE BOARDGAME is designed to help children learn through play.

My name is Gregory Dennis and I am the creator of MATH ACE BOARDGAME. By profession I am a designer. In my career as a designer I have been fortunate enough to be involved in the development of educational products such as Edutainment CD-ROMs, books (English grammar, readers, Big Books and Boardgame sets) for children in Malaysia. As a father helping my son with his school work in this new norm, I have now developed a way of education through a boardgame.

MATH ACE BOARDGAME is the maiden release in a series of Educational products targetted to help children learn through fun and playful interactivity. As I share the MATH ACE prototype with families I cannot help but notice the tremendous impact it has on children, their immediate family members and friends. It is not only the child who is learning but the parents as well who are casually reminded of Math facts and truths that we require in school and in our daily lives.

By playing these boardgames once or twice a week (the more the better) facts and figures are indelibly impressioned in their minds during their fun interactivity.

During the development stages, I have involved industry experts such as teachers and headmasters to ensure that the product meets the required standards as a beneficial educational product.

My goal is to make this product available to all children not only in Malaysia but also across Asia and, not to be too ambitious, but perhaps even the world over.

Your contribution will no doubt spur an educational trend among children when they play these games. You will have helped many children sharpen their Math skills by solving problems in addition and subtraction, multiplication and division, geometry, fractions, decimals, measurements and more.

What We Need

The funding that is raised will go into:

1. Production (Box Packaging, Big Board (54cm x 44cm), Question Cards, Dice & Tokens, Shrink wrapping and collation labour costs)
2. Marketing (Online and Offline)
3. Distribution & Delivery
4. Patent and Copyrights
5. Development of future titles

What You Get

Every contribution of RM100 will be entitled to ONE free set of the MATH ACE BOARDGAME.

Further to this, if we achieve our investment goal, you will be the first to receive notice on future releases which will have special introductory discounts, freebies and other promotional packages.

So when we break it down, you will receive more than your investment as the retail price is tentatively set at RM100.

Smaller donations are also entitled to some form of giveback as listed in this campaign.

In the pipeline

As mentioned earlier, MATH ACE BOARDGAME is the first game to be released. Your contribution will help in the future output of other games that are already 80% ready for roll out. Other titles include, SCIENCE ACE, ENGLISH ACE and JUARA BAHASA.

Of course as the output grows, there will be many challenges to overcome but my experience as the developer of Edutainment CD-ROMS at Articulate Multimedia Sdn Bhd which garnered global product sales and licences, I am determined and confident of a successful journey.
